“Tomorrow Is Too Late to Read” is the motto of this year’s exhibition, which was held from May 4 to 14 2016 at Shahre Aftab, a newly established cultural center in the Capital.
This year, the Algerian embassy also participated in Tehran Book Fair by presenting different kinds of books written by famous Algerian authors both in Arabic and in French. The books were not for sale, but many visitors keen to know about the Algerian culture came to visit the Embassy’s booth and sat to read pages of the Algerian literature and history while tasting a bit of Griwech (Algerian cookie).
